This is my closest Dunkin so I’ve tried to give them many chances. Their donuts are always stale, I’ve never had a fresh donut from here. Unless it’s a seasonal donut those are always fresh. They also cannot make drinks and their bagels/croissants are always stale so I’ve been relying on refreshers (you cannot mess up watering down a concentrate) and their frozen wraps because at the very least they can manage to operate a microwave oven. I’m never returning to this location again because I ordered my usual meal over the Mobile app and they were sold out of the wrap. No big deal, I politely asked for a refund and they refused to give me one. Which is some BS, I asked to speak with a manager and they denied me that as well. I asked for the corporate number and they also refused to give it to me. I ended up googling it myself and was able to get a refund. Just go somewhere else.

I ordered French vanilla, one lady made me caramel by mistake, fine. I tell her, and then I watched in pure horror as she dumps french vanilla… INTO THE CARAMEL abomination she brewed up. Needless to say I lost it, man. It’s common sense to just make a new drink. You know, I tried to give this place too many chances. Just because it’s close.But somethings always wrong man… coffee, charged twice, food, anything. The manager is as incompetent and lazy as it gets. “The machine doesn’t work”, is apart of their garbage training on things to say. In reality? L-A-Z-Y. Please just shut it down already. Using the same gloves for everything. If you’re a local, I found that you are better off going to the metropolitan location.
