Today I bought a cup of coffee for 5 dollars and after I sat down I spilled the cup on accident. I didn’t even drink one sip and I’m pretty sure the lady working there didn’t close the cup properly. The staff are very mean. When I asked them to make me another cup because I spilled mine they wouldn’t make me one. The lady working there told me to pay even though it’s her fault the cup spilled. The lady working there has an attitude and even when she makes the coffee it tastes horrible. I will start coming back to this Dunkin once this lady is fired.

Employees are hit or miss. Today was a miss. I like to visit on Thursdays to get something to eat. It's 6:32 pm and it's my first meal, so you can imagine how inconvenient it was to show up and not be ale to order anything because their oven was shut down to be cleaned. It doesn't make sense to shut down the oven at thus time just because you want to finish early. It's not closing time. No, I don't want to eat a donut for first meal. Very inconvenient. Hope it doesn't happen again.
Just awful. The buns are stale and rubbery. I wouldn’t eat them for free, but then you still have to pay money for them

Probably the best and my favorite Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The morning staff are so friendly and actually do your drink the way you ask them to. The service is what makes this Dunkin great. They also have almost everything to buy throughout the day which makes the variety of choices great.
