Been going here for prob 15 years...since they were on West 5th. Almost Every1 has always been so friendly up until recently. I was given something for free and it somehow caused an issue later on. Since then none look at me, great me, it's been very weird. ...did the worker say that I stole it? Make me look bad to protect himself? Won't go in detail because I don't want anyone to lose their job ... In the future, don't except any free items unless it's a donut LOL b/c somehow it will come back to bite u. Only reason I haven't asked any of them what their problem is all of a sudden is because I don't want that worker in trouble. It's def rubbing us the wrong way tho...not sure how much longer I can keep my mouth shut about this

incompetent, I ordered on the app, went to pickup and the lady literally put in the wrong damn bagel. I ordered veggie cream cheese on plain bagel. She straight up looked me in the face and lied to me said yea this the correct one and ripped the receipt off of the bag. I get to my office and it was the wrong item. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Pay attention to the orders it can't be that hard.

I just arrived 7:35 and guy working there i don’t know his name but he refused to do hot coffee in the deal meal as he turned off the coffee machine because he is closing at 8 so i can only give u ice and after debating i told i just need anything hot he said okay i have latte so u will pay more it is not item in the deal and i was like then turn the machine he said am not gonna do it for 1 coffee and then i said i will complain, he said okay do it and i left…. Terrible i do work in restaurants and even if i cleaned something and an order came before closing i just do it and clean again ,simple!!

Might as well stop being 24/7 since you don’t accept apple pay or cash as a form of payment at night. Only physical card. The least you can do is put up a sign so people can know about it

Today I bought a cup of coffee for 5 dollars and after I sat down I spilled the cup on accident. I didn’t even drink one sip and I’m pretty sure the lady working there didn’t close the cup properly. The staff are very mean. When I asked them to make me another cup because I spilled mine they wouldn’t make me one. The lady working there told me to pay even though it’s her fault the cup spilled. The lady working there has an attitude and even when she makes the coffee it tastes horrible. I will start coming back to this Dunkin once this lady is fired.
One of the best Dunkin in the area and one that I’ve been to. They are extremely friendly and work quickly and the coffee is always fresh.

Employees are hit or miss. Today was a miss. I like to visit on Thursdays to get something to eat. It's 6:32 pm and it's my first meal, so you can imagine how inconvenient it was to show up and not be ale to order anything because their oven was shut down to be cleaned. It doesn't make sense to shut down the oven at thus time just because you want to finish early. It's not closing time. No, I don't want to eat a donut for first meal. Very inconvenient. Hope it doesn't happen again.
