Just awful. The buns are stale and rubbery. I wouldn’t eat them for free, but then you still have to pay money for them

Me and my daughter didn't like it we asked for frozen pumpkin spice latte and we didn't get what we asked for we said frozen 10 times we didn't get what we paid for wasted our money.
Bought Salted Caramel Cold Brew . Asked for water. Was ignored. Asked again. Got water in espresso cup. Lol. I asked, why in such a small cap. Was told that otherwise I have to pay. Lol. Did smth changed that I am not aware of? Again lol.Also coffee was too sweet. Definitely I need more water lol.

I ordered a Matcha Latte with regular milk and 3 sugars they had to remake my drink twice because the first time they made it with cream the second time they didn’t put sugar in it and there was a hair. Both times I asked them if they could remake it they rolled their eyes at me and didn’t even say a word. Even when I was ordering they kept on repeating my order wrong and the other employee wasn’t helping they guy at the register

Probably the best and my favorite Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The morning staff are so friendly and actually do your drink the way you ask them to. The service is what makes this Dunkin great. They also have almost everything to buy throughout the day which makes the variety of choices great.
It was quite greasy but the food was incredible.
