If you want to waste your time spending 10-15 min just for a regular coffee this is your place. Came here 5:30am one person in line and i was waiting for 10 min and still nobody took my order,, then i ordered on Mobile app thinking it was going to be to be fast and nothing i have to leave without the coffee

This location still has seating which is awesome. The person making my coffee fully incorporated the flavor syrups instead of just leaving it all at the bottom. Not the fastest location but the care taken made up for it in my opinion. Just look at the color of my coffee, it was perfect.

The absolutely slowest dunkin location I have ever experienced. I have attempted to go here a few separate times and each time has been a very protracted experience. The drinks and food are up to standard as far as quality but this location just happens to employ a very dysfunctional team of employees. Part of the draw of dunkin for me is the speed, ease of use, and reliability of the mobile ordering app service, but this place is too unreliable.
The first time I went here was right when they open in the morning on my way to work ... I placed a mobile order but the employees would not open the front door for 15mins after their listed opening time. After I inquired whether they actually open at a different time than it says on the door, they just said oh sorry we get here 15 mins late. The second time I tried ordering in person midday and sat around for 15-20 mins. Third time I ordered online about 5 mins before I got into the location. There happened to be plenty of people ordering in person and they all got their orders before mobile orders, we had to go up and ask for our mobile order to get them to start working on it.

Went to use a gift card I was given. Ordered a hot chocolate and corn muffin. I've never been to this location and I usually like Dunkin hot chocolate. However, this one tasted like water. Like if you had a little hot chocolate left in your cup and added hot water. The corn muffin tasted as if it wasn't mixed completely.
Came the other day and there it was an annoying customer at the front of the line the staff worked so hard to provide a great service not just to her but everyone on the line, thank you!

The girl had my mobile order sitting for 15 minutes while she’s taking more customers. I let her know I was waiting for my order and she continued taking in store orders. People have jobs to get to. I walked out. Very terrible service and made me late for no reason
