The service is terrible. I ordered ahead of time to save time. Showed the woman /latina my order she said well I don’t see it so I’m not making it. The other guy looked for it and found it. The lack of care, urgency, and respect is ridiculous. If she hates her job she should leave

Excellent service every time! The staff are friendly and fast, and the store is always clean. The manager runs everything smoothly and makes sure customers are happy. Fresh coffee and delicious donuts — one of the best Dunkin’ spots around!

The cappucino was perfect, but the munchkins were stale. Just throw out donuts and munchkins if they are stale, don't serve them to customers like that.

I placed an online order, 45 mins before I arrived, I got there and they said wrong address without even checking my receipt. I was at the right address they just skipped my order . And had the biggest attitude. It wasn’t even crowded. Never again

I recently visited the Dunkin’ on empire, and I was really impressed! The staff was friendly and efficient, and my coffee was perfectly brewed. The selection of donuts was fresh and tempting, making it hard to choose just one. Definitely a great spot to start the day!
