Slowest Dunkin on earth. You can go in this one when it's empty and the ladies will still make you wait 10 minutes for a donut and coffee while they converse.

I went to this location this morning to pick up something to eat and drink for one of my clients down on their luck. The woman at the register was either having a really bad day or an overall bad attitude. When I approached the counter she silently stared at me with a disgruntled face; it was so uncomfortable I eventually said "Good morning" and proceeded to give the drink order. Large iced coffee, caramel drizzle, whip, almond milk, and cinnamon. She interrupted during my order and I asked, "I'm sorry, what was that?" She only stared at me with a nasty look on her face so I repeated my order then asked for two Boston cremes. Once given to me she again stood staring saying nothing. I asked, "How much is the total?" She straight up rolled her eyes and mumbled the total. I paid and thanked her however before I walked out the door I looked at the receipt and she didn't add the caramel or the cinnamon. I contemplating returning to her register, as it was the only one open, but in turning around to look she still had her poor attitude written all over her face I decided it wasn't worth it. Long story short, I won't be stopping in each month for my client orders. I'd rather go to a further location or one of the many local coffee/donut shopsthan receive this type of "service" as well as spend my money where I'm not treated as though I'm disrupting their work day.

The store is in high quality and so are the drinks, but let's not forget the name of the store, Dunkin DONUTS! I've been going here for a few years now because it's easy access to the train and every single time I have gone, then frosting is completely melted off of the donut, yes this has been going on for years. The drinks are still nice but c'mon!
The workers in this establishment are extremely rude. They don’t want anyone using their rewards points because they want you to pay full price for their items. Avoid this location at all costs , a complaint is being filed to Dunkin !

Closed their doors an hour before the time posted on their door. Would not honor their online free medium coffee deal and refused to contact the manager to sort it out. They said more or less that it isn't their problem.

These girls always complain for everything. Worst service. I ordered at 6.40 pm by mobile phone I touched the window she had me waiting for nothing til 7:00 til she came out explaining they already closed and I didn't get my order. When I already paid for this
