I go to this store almost daily because it's the closet to my house but I'm sorry they are slow to take your order and almost always my order is wrong it iced when I ordered hot or vice versa and I just take it an leave but if there was some other Dunkin in closer walking distance I would never go back
Came here 2 days ago around 5:00 and the Chinese lady in her 50s was the most evil worker I ever encountered. I ordered an iced caramel latte and when she had made it she purposely gave it to customers who ordered way after me, even after myself and other customers told her to give it to me, as I ordered first. One of the most horrible Dunkin Dounts I have been to. One of there employees is rude. Every time I go and order my coffee he has this attitude. And if I tell them to add more caramel he always has a complain. He always says you have to pay extra for the caramel. The first time it happened I let it go but when ever I go and he is there he would be talking in his language to other employs and complaining about to more caramel.
