Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE FIRST B&R WE WENT TO IN OZONE PARK WAS HORRIBLE THE CUSTOMERS &THE WORKERS WERE VERY RUDE, SO WE WALKED OUT THE 2ND ONE WE WENT TO WAS 2630 86TH ST. INBROOKLYN THEY HAD NO ICE CREAM LEFT IN SHOWCASE....SO WE HAD NOTHING....
I recently visited Baskin Robbins at 2630 86th street to purchase two tubes of ice cream, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. When I received the ice cream, it was melted and not in the same condition as it should be. I had to trashes the two tubes of ice cream. I would not recommend this particular Baskin Robins location to anyone who is looking for quality ice cream.
