Don’t even bother come here on the weekend I see 6 online orders and only one guy working and he doesn’t even take walk in orders .. expect 30-60 min wait for coffee hahahaha

The absolute worst customer service! Very understaffed and everyone seems to not care about the customers. On multiple occasions I have come here and waited in line for over 10 minutes. Once I get to the register they tell me that the register is down and I can only order via mobile app. 1) why is the register always down 2) why did you let me wait in line without mentioning this?
Working for nypd went to use restroom after buying my food asked to just wash my hands and manager told me I already used the restroom then asked my co worker if I'm from India. So if I was from India he would let me use the restroom as many times as I want!! But I'm american Will never go back there again horrible 😞 experience

I know not the best job but dam I did mobile order and waited 15 min I wanted a refund but I pay for it how can anyone wait that long. I could go next door get my food in 5 mins or less.come on dunkin stop being cheap hire more people with experience
