The two men they have working on Saturday mornings need to be fired or they will get hurt. They keep messing up orders , giving random items and they have the nerve to laugh about it. If this problem doesn't get fixed the two males working Saturday morning are going to get hurt, this has been going on for a month now. I caught one them spitting inside an order!

Idk about how this place was before my visit, but at around 9:30 am the manager working there was amazing. He ran a tight ship which ensured everyone’s orders were flying out the door. Better than the Starbuck’s long wait time which is down the corner.

It's a small location with no seating and the line can be very long during peak hours, but the staff is very friendly, and that makes all the difference

horrible dunkin, says they open at 5 and even lets you order on the app yet every time i come by there at 5:30 or even past 6 they are closed door locked with people inside too bad i ordered online. they can't properly communicate anything he told me cant i come back tomorrow horrible attitude the place is dingy and gross but the coffees are usually pretty good. up your customer service and open when you say you open.

On the plus side with the app you can order ahead. But you still are likely to wait. This place is tiny and doesn't look that clean. I think it was a little better than the Dunkin' on Jay St but not by much. I'd go to another cafe in the future.
This place is nasty. I went in there and one of the workers were using their hands to pick up ice in the machine. And They have the worst attitudes towards customers

Female worker was rude! I ask for my bagel which was just sitting on the counter by her, the bagel was done at 9:10am I didn’t get it until 9:18am.

Poor excuse for a Dunkin site. I have been to many and this is probably the worse for customer service (attitude of the servers) and availability of product. Always a long line, but not worth it.

They had no hot chocolate after seven in the morning. I'm not a coffee drinker. I'm not impressed, we don't all drink coffee or coffee related beverages.
