Understaffed for the demand and also not operationally on top of it. If you ordered ahead, first thing when you walk in, ask about the order. Odds are, they haven't seen it and will only then begin to make it. It is what it is. Just don't walk in here in a rush.
Food isn’t good but the service is quick.
I think this is the most destroyed room/building I have seen in the entire NYC. There is literally not a single piece of wall or furniture that is not falling apart in this Dunkin. Holes in the ceiling, falling apart tables. It is so absurd that you can just use this Dunkin as some sort of modern art piece to show a dystopian future when human civilization is no more and only gangs roam the barren landscape.
