It’s not known to me, to be normal practice to preheat the food in bulk (talking mounds of food piled in the oven)…but what was more concerning was that the woman never changed her gloves, going from bacon, to equipment, to hash browns, to eggs. Having the gloves on just to say you have them on is not enough. It’s called CROSS CONTAMINATION, and y’all bound to get a nice lawsuit let somebody have an allergic reaction as a result of y’all negligence. DO BETTER!

Besides not having the cleanest space and also the best atmosphere I say they make the best coffee I have tasted in All of Dunkin donuts. I believe they listen to exactly what you asked for they give precisely what you want

I went for the 20th time to get a bagel and this time it was only 3pm and they had no bagels left and 3 donuts. I thought this DD closes at 8pm or later. They are losing money because they never have anything but drinks. 2 people walked out before me and a group after me. Make more food!

Be sure to check your order before you leave. They give you what they want you to have. I ordered the maple bacon sandwich via the app two days and received regular bacon but charged for maple bacon. I ordered the blueberry donut and went to pick up my order but no donut was in the bag. I showed them my mobile order and received the donut. When I got back to the hotel, I had a plain dry donut! There are so many staff in the restaurant, but their organization is lacking!

So we bought 2 $6 meal that consist of hash browns, bagel or croissant with coffee. We had wanted ice coffee but an err in the finger we clicked hot. When we asked the server to change it, he said his manager said $1 to change it to ice instead of hot. It's a part of the meal cambo, so I don't see why I still have to pay to just have ice.
We asked for the manager and she was ok in her deportment but we ended up waiting 10 mins to get the ice coffee then it was more coffee than Carmel n nolldidnt get the amount of sweetener I requested. The hash browns were so salty n oily( ended up throwing that away. The croissant were flaky and eggs are a no go. We didn't receive any condiments for this order.

First, let me start by saying that I’m very unhappy with this location and the customer service and treatment that I was given today by the employees. I ordered almond spice coffee that cost me $4.09 I explained to the gentleman that I did not want almond milk. I want cream inside of my coffee. He said this is not how we make this coffee, then explain to him that I would like cream inside of my coffee. He disregarded what I asked for even though I paid for my coffee already. I asked him to make it over. He told me I have to take what he made already. If I wanted another coffee that I would have to purchase another coffee. I explain to him how I would like my coffee to be made. So I left the store without a coffee and without my money. This is horrible Customer Service and I’m really upset about that

I stood at the counter for almost five minutes while they messed around and laughed with each other and someone it took all three employees for me to order a small coffee, it’s messy and things are very slow.

I don't like how late they are with their orders. I made a mobile order thinking it'd save time, but no, I was wrong. With so many workers, you'd think it'd be quicker too, but they're just as messed up or slow with their orders. I shouldn't be waiting more than 10 minutes for my order.

I went in the store at 3pm, the store closes at 8pm and they were out of DOUGHNUTS. I am pretty sure the name is Dunkin DOUGHNUTS, they are telling me that the store is “busy” so they will not be making any. I asked for a manager and the guy, told me that there was none. I asked who was in charge and he said no one and he is not the one who is in charge. How is the store out of every kind of donut and even late
