Ive been to the store physically and ordered online to not deal with the rude staff but alas, had to anyway. Typically the man at the front has an attitude any time you have to tell him, virtually anything. Is always glued to his phone sitting between the doughnuts and the coffee machines. I came in and asked about two doughnuts that were missing from my mobile order that he never packed or said ANYTHING about being missing when I walked in, and he kept yelling at me all they had was jelly. And when I stated that was fine he acted as if it was a massive issue to give me what I paid for. The store is always empty and just under stocked.

Today I had my mouth set on a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. When I got home to eat my breakfast sandwich What I received was a turkey sausage egg and cheese with a big slab of pork bacon. It’s unbearable how these servers associate their eating habits to those of customers who patronize at this location. The cross contamination is unbelievable maybe for the sake of the customers these servers take a food handler’s course to protect future customers

Believe guys name is Oumaima according to the receipt. Basically cashier for no reason has an attitude when I’m trying to order stuck in his phone not paying attention at all and having to repeat my self more than twice. Once order is done starts making a bunch of banging noise for no reason as if he was annoyed or idk but overall guys seems annoyed to be working and gets mad for just taking an order

Got my food, order was wrong. Told the lady and she tried double charging me when I specifically asked and pointed. The stupidity absolutely baffles me, don’t hire someone who can’t communicate with the customers. Also the guy behind me was also mistreated by this lady.

Young lady , screaming at the top of her lungs , having conversation with her mom standing behind the counter. I asked her 3 times if she was ready, all 3 times she said yes , 2 seconds later she would continue her conversation with her mom , at the too of her lungs. Then after her mom left. , she continued to be rude to the other customers and do the same thing with her co worker. Worst Saturday morning ever. She. Has to go, either have manners and put the customers and your job first, or get a different job. TOTALLY RUDE, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

There’s an older cashier who always seems to be in the worst mood, I try to always be polite and efficient when ordering but it seems like she’s never in the mood to greet or take an order and catches a slight attitude when handing your order back to you.

1. At this time of post date..No doughnuts available..what's the point of dunking doughnuts if there's literally no doughnuts

2.asked for a sample of rainbow sorbet for my 6yo. Daughter .. and staff lady said no samples... Baskin Robbins always gave samples, how do we know if we like the flavor to buy.. so we had to gamble and buy the 5$ cup just to taste it.
Wasn't like we was gonna ask for a sample and leave...

This is Dunkin Donuts, so my expectation for food isn't that high. This doesn't factor into my review. The problem is the consistent disorganization of cashiers and servers. I understand the store gets packed, and many orders are being taken, but me having to return my drink multiple times because you place drinks in the wrong cup, hand me other orders or just leave my drink on the side for 10 minutes makes no sense. Then I'm ordering a sandwich and asking for no cheese, and the cashier complains why I didn't say that before, and I haven't even paid yet. Today, I'm told they ran out of meal deals... They gotta get it together
