I went at a time that wasn’t very busy and I asked for a chai latte that sat on the machine for a while and then it was poured and just tasted like milk. The person was rude to me when I asked for her to add more chai flavoring. Would not recommend.

Every time I come here they don’t have decaf coffee…. Strange bc this is a coffee shop. Also, they open later than 5am, they need to update their time online.

They NEVER have Chai Latte at this location. I always use the app to order but when I get to this location to pick up my drink, they said “No Chai Latte” or something similar. Happened to me three times already in the last 6 months. This last time I agreed to replace my Chai for a matcha, the staff made my drink with whole milk when I asked them to please make it with skim milk (like in my original order), her response was “Is not good with skim milk” twice making a disgusted face to me.

First of all there is one lady that always gets my ice coffee right. The others have a hard time listening and never take your order right. Then they get a attitude and want to talk their language when you trying to correct them. Clearly English is their second language. Lastly this place is never clean at 8:00 a.m. Won't get my money anymore. Do better.

I ordered a mint tea and received a black tea. Unfortunately I am allergic to black tea and realized too late. I reached out to customer service and have been waiting over a week for a response from them. I tried submitting a customer service ticket under health and safety and was unable to.

TERRIBLE costumer service. I come here to get my drinks and they always mess it up. Today was my last straw. I ordered a vanilla coolatta and they straight up gave me a strawberry coolatta. When I told her I ordered a vanilla she looked at me and said they didn’t have vanilla. They’re lucky I was hungry and just took the strawberry and the strawberry isn’t that bad ??. Anyways don’t go here the customer service is bad
