A little annoyed with DD right now. I love the coffee...but I've been trying for 5 days to load money onto my card from my computer. I keep getting an error message saying DD is having technical difficulties. Trying to reach customer "non" service is a joke. I've called twice...put on hold for over 30 minutes...hung up both times without ever speaking to someone.
