Good branch we have here. All the staff is very friendly and ready to help you. There is a part where you order your food and they ask if it’s to go or dine in. You pay in the same place where you order. Then you go to take a sit and they bring the food to your table. All the food that we ordered it was nice and fresh i have no complaints. The revamping of the asthetics of this Flatbush Location is top tier. I also think it came with a revamping of the customer service which has never been bad to be completely honest. It is just on the next level up. Such a modern clean welcoming space now! Wonderful self service kiosks and attendants to assist the non tech savvy or just people who aren't familiar with the system. This mcdonald's is not the mcdonald's from the nineties. You get served at your the kiosk makes everything so much easier. The atmosphere is welcoming and the environment very clean. Customer service was amazing. Great place to take your family and kids.
