The hash browns I ordered did NOT come, and my latte, which I asked for with one sugar, came with no sugar at all. Terrible experience. I already requested a refund through DoorDash, and I do NOT recommend

Use of the restroom was denied to my spouse (pregnant) despite ordering 2 coffees. We were told the restrooms (which are located next to the sitting tables) are for employees only. I do not know if this is a Dunkin policy to deny restroom use to customers but if so I would strongly reconsider that. If not, I would suggest investigating what's going on with the people working here, since there have been multiple complaints by other customers regarding the staff.

I have never been to a more unpleasant Dunkin’. The woman behind the counter yelled at my fiancé because he couldn’t hear/understand her and then when getting our food the guy said our order and I couldn’t say mine fast enough before he yelled the order again.
Mobile orders sit in empty cups while the employees keep taking more orders at the register slowing down the process. There are typically 2-3 people working at one time, but they're all over the place and no where near as efficient as other Dunkin locations.
