Went into today and the staff member Hassan was very helpful and kind in repairing my truly disgusting drink and has now converted my to Dunkin for sure! I have no idea what he pumped into that Mc'Nastioutta but it was pure heaven after. Unfortunately I had gotten a beverage from across the street at the unhappy place for coffee, I'm just realizing. So I stop by just to tip for some sugar packets. And bless him, whoever raised him, and whoever hired him! Bc I tell u not he saved my taste buds and spirits in that moment just being his kind self. I know companies dont think it matters over the bottom dollar but it does, because that act alone gains them future dollars. It allowed me to taste the difference of heaven and wth (lol) when it comes to yours franchises coffee verse what I was willing to except. Bc I'm not a big coffee drinker, so I didnt know the difference. Nowever from now on when I do buy it, it definitely has to be made by Dunkin! Real Talk. The other staff member on shift was pleasant as well, tell me I messed up getting it across the street and he was soo right!! But Hassan was the Star of the Day for sure!! The store seemed clean and quiet, with little to no line when I went. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in that area for business to get my drink straight and right, from the start!! And now I see why everybody runs in Dunkin!!(LoL) Thanks again Hassan!!

There's this worker named Jayshawn and he is an absolute joy.. he's hard working an attentive to customers and honestly that made my experience awesome the food is meh but in all honestly that's dunkin fault not the workers
