This place is terrible and every time I buy something from here online or in person I’m disappointed. They never seem to have anything no matter the time of day and you have to be extra careful about checking your food from here before you leave. I was the only person on line ordered two things, repeated myself twice and they still managed to get my order wrong. Makes no sense for real .

This morning it was such a disaster with dealing with the waiter/cashier she has such a bad ass attitude that nobody from MTA likes, whenever you ask for something it seems to be a problem and the manager who runs the place need to revamp his staff or corporate will be getting a call from me by the end of the week before the Holiday.

I went in yesterday to get a iced matcha latte with almond milk the barista who always has the nastiest attitude put whole milk instead..she made me one over with the almond I got home to half way finish my drink and started to feel nauseous,headache and had chills my body was aching couldn't even finish eating my dinner!!! Next day I was on the toilet the whole day!! Not to say she did something to my drink who knows but I always get that drink and nothing ever happens!! Idk if it was the almond milk or the matcha powder but something wasn't good and I'll never go back there again I don't care how close it is to me house!!! Horrible
Not sure if the female worker was in a special mood today but as a regular I'm surprised at the service I received today. Little as it may be I ordered a dunkin refresher and one thing I know about dunkin donuts is that they love to kill your drink with ice. And so I make sure to say less ice in my order. On my way to work I received my order but thier was too much ice, like the ice was literally half the medium sized cup. And so I notified them that I said less ice, the female worker took it away and gave it back to me. Guess what? It looked the same. It was as if she just hid it behind the counter, looked away for a min. And then gave it back to me. I just took it and left cause I didn't feel like arguing with someone who knows I'm a regular, and so with my medium sized drink which was halfway nothing but ice I barely tasted anything in my drink. It was basically pink colored seltzer water and that was just disappointing.
