DO NOT COME HERE!! You have been warned. Came in with a mobile order waited more than 10 min. My iced latte was way too sweet. They had three employees with no hairnets. The tables and floor were very dirty. Never coming back to this location.

They also skimp on the cold foam😪

Waited for an order I placed half an hour ago as I watched other people get their orders before me despite having ordered after me.

After I was ignored for half an hour, the woman working lets me know they don’t have a milk substitute for my coffee. Why would you not announce that to everybody waiting ahead of time? How is this business still running considering they are consistently

I live around the corner from this place and I will never set foot in there again. I’d rather pay more money at another coffee shop and actually get what I ordered.

Every time I go to this location they are extremely slow and understaffed. Constantly getting my order wrong and I always have to remind the man with the marks on his face to make my order because he gets distracted. This has to be the worst dunkin location in Brooklyn please fix up

Been coming to this Dunkin for 4 years & it’s fine? I guess? Sometimes? Like they usually give me what I order sure lol but like today is a perfect example of how they operate : I went in to order my coffee & food, a woman is putting cash into the register as I step up. She ignores me for a solid 3minutes while I stand there patiently waiting for her to address me (happy to wait for her to finish the task at hand before moving on to help a customer.) She finally looks up at me & goes ā€œsorry, we’re closed for 5 minutes.ā€ I’m looking at her like ??? & she repeats herself ā€œwe’re closed for like 5 minutes cuz we need time you know?ā€ It’s 1:15pm. There was no one ahead of me & only one person in behind me in line. Like why didn’t she say that when she saw me waiting to begin with? I feel like this experience represents exactly the vibe of this Dunkin. It’s 5 minutes, I’ll be fine, I’ll run an errand and come back but…. Just take from my experience what you will.

The woman said something while looking directly at me and said you will be summoned had an attitude and as soon as I got to work I threw up everywhere I’m never going back there and im calling the health people to go there and it’s dirty and spent 18 dollars on a drink and donut , unbelievable.

Those ladies are rude and for the past month they haven had whipped cream…. So my question is why have things in the menu you don’t have the ingredients for I go every morning before going on the train to work pregnancy has made me hate coffee but I’m able to drink the cocoa mocha please resolve your issues dunkin

They dont take online orders, if you order ahead and come back 20-30 minutes later you will still need to wait in line. They also seem to be understaffed so I don’t blame the workers at all, but they need to hire more staff to handle online orders.

If you go to this Dunkin be prepared to wait 20 mins for your order once you get there no matter how far in advance you mobile order…and if you’re ordering in person, good luck because no one is ever at the register. They’re very unorganized and always running behind.

I walk there and it’s not open. It’s 10:00 am. online It says it’s open. There’s no note on the outside every time I go in there it’s cringe. The service is slow. They don’t sanitize their hands after taking money. or put it on gloves, receipts everywhere floor, and table. There’s always a lot of trash in front of the subway all over the street in front of that establishment.
