Literally the worst incompetence I’ve ever experienced. Is the there no criteria required for the job? You don’t know how to charge for an item or use a credit card machine? You cannot memorize a two scoop ice cream order? Please someone fire this staff because it’s not one person I’m describing. The three last times I went I ended up leaving without completing a transaction.

Just witnessed both the workers digging in the trash bare hands. Had to ask the worker multiple times to make my food instead of talking to her lil friend. Had to ask her multiple times to wash her damn hands after digging in the trash. Her lil bestie refused. They were elbow deep in that trash.

Customer service awful and unprofessional. I went with my 7 year old and she was picking her donuts which they only had a few left. She then told my 7 year old to hurry up they close at 9pm which only was 8:45pm.

I ordered iced coffee with caramel and they didn’t put it inside my coffee it even said on the receipt and they also didn’t have hash browns in the store like what type of dunkin doesn’t have hash browns, definitely not coming back here, asked for less ice and got extra

I used to go there very often with my grandma and there was no problem until one day when we ordered and my grandma wanted to use the toilet they wouldn't let her in and today we ordered coffee and got coffee with curdled and spoiled milk, it's a scandal
