Went there this morning and turned right around after spotting this little guy. A roach a damn roach I can't believe this place has gone down. First they were temporarily closed now roaches because if it's one it's more. I noticed the most friendliest worker isn't there. Now we know who was keeping the place clean. Dunkin Roach CAN NOT GET MY MONEY!

Please get rid of the Sunday crew. They are horrible. Coffee is lousy..they are slow..to the point we're you think their in there homes in there kitchen and robes. they don't understand English at all!! They no nothing about assertiveness or customer service!!

Terrible. Nobody never at the register. And when I asked the lady to take my order she looked me in my eyes and kept pacing back and forth in the back. Would never recommend getting food from here.
this dunkin can get kinda chaotic when they're busy but the girls manning the counter are awesome and hardworking. what they're doing isn't easy and hungry new yorkers aren't always kind. the girls crush it always. they rock they rule i would give them 5 stars alone if i could but the establishment as a whole could use some improvements
