This Dunkin' location is possibly the worst I've ever visited. I would advise against going here as there are other options nearby. During my visit, one of the workers on the 8 am shift was exceptionally rude. When I explained that I had mistakenly chosen this Dunkin' location for my app order, as it was the first time I ever used it she responded inappropriately and suggested I go to the correct location. I insisted that I had already paid and was short on time, but she still refused to make my simple order, which only takes 2 minutes. It's not a complex latte; it's just a basic drink. I believe she should have handled the situation better and shown more kindness as a worker and a person. Although I live nearby, I won't be returning here. This Dunkin' used to be my go-to, but if you're the manager, I strongly recommend either retraining the staff or considering necessary actions. It seems that the overall service quality here leaves much to be desired, and I've also noticed one of the employees appears to be frequently under the influence.

always out of coffee syrups and alternative milks, and no donut restocks during the day. if you order mobile, you often can’t get what you ordered. but the staff lets you substitute.

Customer service was obsolete. They stared at my friend and myself as we were ordering, and didn't respond. When they did, it was one word responses without another option. Unprofessionalism at its best. Go to STARBUCKS!!!
