Place is semi clean outside and inside. Currently 2 tables inside. Only got coffee there because I dont trust the food they make. Whole place has no character and seems like management doesnt care. Place is Kosher.

And the store itself, while seemingly busy, leaves much to be desired when it comes to cleanliness. I feel if the simple things are overlooked - sweeping, emptying the trash - there must be inherent problems with management. Service is absolutely horrible. They will Completely ignore you and stare right through you when you go to pick up your order. The servers all have attitudes and no matter how nice you try to be they are awful.
