Place is semi clean outside and inside. Currently 2 tables inside. Only got coffee there because I dont trust the food they make. Whole place has no character and seems like management doesnt care. Place is Kosher.
Used the app to get my grandson a doughnut. Service was quick and friendly. Difficult to find parking, as AvenueJ is always very busy. And the store itself, while seemingly busy, leaves much to be desired when it comes to cleanliness. I feel if the simple things are overlooked - sweeping, emptying the trash - there must be inherent problems with management. I wanted Oreo milk shake and the lady made it and she didn’t have gloves on so her hands touch the Oreo ice cream and I told the register person I wanted whip cream with my milk shake then when everything was done he said give me a dollar I’m like but I told u I wanted whip cream he still charge me bad customer service horrible please first and last time I would ever come here
