I go here every morning and no matter what I order latte, tea or cold drinks my order is always perfect. The service is fantastic. I love the woman who is there at opening she's so great. Never disappointed.

Nasty employee.I ordered coffee with donuts online, when i went to pick it up he didn't have the donuts that i ordered and i asked for refund and he refused with attitude and forced me to get something else and refused with very nasty way to refund me the difference that was almost a dollar and said bro its not big difference in price.Never going there again.

Dirty shop. Terrible service. One sitting on a stool on her phone and the other was completely ignoring me while preparing online orders. I tried to get her attention multiple times and she was purposely dismissive. Simple acknowledgment would suffice. She’s been historically very rude and miserable. I’ve witnessed other customers get into altercations with her or unhappy with the orders because she doesn’t follow directions. She’s there Saturday mornings, wears glasses. Get rid of her because she’s clearly not the right fit for the company. She’s the reason why I will never visit that location again.

I ordered a cappuccino at this store, but when I came to pick up the order, they said that they would not be able to make me coffee. I asked them to refund the money, but they told me they couldn't and I should take regular coffee instead. The usual coffee was just awful and cold. I just wasted my money ?Last time I ordered a morning sandwich here and it was terrible. Bacon tasted like paper to me, not meat.
