I ordered a cappuccino at this store, but when I came to pick up the order, they said that they would not be able to make me coffee. I asked them to refund the money, but they told me they couldn't and I should take regular coffee instead. The usual coffee was just awful and cold. I just wasted my money ?Last time I ordered a morning sandwich here and it was terrible. Bacon tasted like paper to me, not meat.
All worker is good. Except the manager. She is such an arrogant person. Doesn't respect the customer. Greedy woman. Dunkin Management should kick her out, if they want to keep their customer happy.
