The bread is fresh and so good. I’ve never had a torta this good !!
My partner on the other hand, ordered a burrito with steak, but was disappointed that there was more nopal than steak itself :/

Kind of want to gate keep this place because tbh, this place is such a hidden gemstone. The food here is sooo good. I've come here multiple times and never have I been dissappointed. It is a family owned business so there's literally only two people (the chef which is probably the dad? And the waitress which is probably the wife?). So you'll def run into some casual customer service and might have some wait time on terms of being served/seated but it's a casual...

Now my favorite Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood! The food is delicious and affordable! I ordered the bistec encebollado and the shrimp el mexicano, both which had huge portions. The dining area is not crowded during lunch, perfect for casual conversations.
