i tried this place by using the toogoodtogo app. i paid $5 for $15 worth of food. i received A LOT of rice, some spaghetti, 3 chicken wings, and a few plantains.
the food was just ok. none of it was great. i was disappointed in the amount of rice i got compared to the rest of the food. i received 14oz of food when i weighed it, and about 3/4 of that weight was rice. i ended up throwing away half the rice. the chicken looked like it had been sitting all day. the best part of the meal were the plantains.
if what i received was available as an option for $15, i would not buy it. because of this, i doubt id return. however, the staff was friendly.

The attention on the phone 10 out of 10NOW. MY EXPERIENCE. I ordered a delivery. Nothing complicated, two totally simple orders. The order arrived AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF OF WAITING. THE ORDER was completely wrong, we paid for it and a few minutes later we realized that the food was not fresh at all. Apart from that, instead of a tripe soup, they sent us a tamper full of very bad abichuelas. We called and they told us that they would SEND us the missing item which never arrived. We called 10 more times and they didn't want to answer us. They told us at every opportunity that they were going to send what was missing and left us waiting for 3 days with the same excuse. Wrong order . Excessively slow waiting times. The food as such leaves a lot to be desired. 0 stars ? NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
