The attention on the phone 10 out of 10NOW. MY EXPERIENCE. I ordered a delivery. Nothing complicated, two totally simple orders. The order arrived AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF OF WAITING. THE ORDER was completely wrong, we paid for it and a few minutes later we realized that the food was not fresh at all. Apart from that, instead of a tripe soup, they sent us a tamper full of very bad abichuelas. We called and they told us that they would SEND us the missing item which never arrived. We called 10 more times and they didn't want to answer us. They told us at every opportunity that they were going to send what was missing and left us waiting for 3 days with the same excuse. Wrong order . Excessively slow waiting times. The food as such leaves a lot to be desired. 0 stars ? NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Great Latin/Dominican food, fair prices, and a generous portions. Service was fast and friendly. The place is really loud and upbeat on weekend nights so be prepared for a party-like atmosphere.

Came here super late at night on a week night for a takeout order. I had what I think was the chicken stew, side vegetables, brown beans, yellow rice, and spaghetti con salsa. The yellow rice was good, not too salty, and flavorful. The beans were a little watery but that kept the rice from leaning dry since it was the end of the day. The spaghetti con salsa was not something I had expected to eat and I'm not sure I'd order it again. But chicken, rice, beans were solid. A good latin place if you're in the area (amongst many). Portion size was solid. Service was really quiet and quick, but then again I was also like the only person there at the time and they were almost closing.

I ordered pick up from Uber eats. The app said that the food was ready, so I walked for 8 minutes to get there to FOH staff that doesn't even greet or smile at customers. When I tell her "Hi, I'm here for my pick up," she said "10 minutes" then stepped away to do other duties. 15 minutes later she brings the food and hands it over with an attitude and gives me a look like she is expecting a complaint. I told her to have a good night and left. The food was not bad or great, but anyone in the food service industry knows how "good" customer service can contribute to a return customer. I will not return and hope they treat customers better, despite their differences.
