Been ordering here for a while now. Food is great. I'm a fan of the chicken salad and half chicken w/rice and grilled veggies. Would definitely recommend ordering from this place for lunch and dinner.

I don't know what happened if the owner changed because lately this restaurant has shown incompetentance with messing up orders or not even making them. It is a shame, I use to love this place so much but now it's become an eye sore to even look at in the neighborhood

This place is completely racist and disgusting!!!!! I ordered tacos and waited for my food. As I got my food, a worker proceeded to call me a racial slur in Spanish because she thought I didn’t understand! She was yelling at me to leave and calling me a “prieta” while her coworkers laughed and told her to be quiet. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. It’s sad in 2025 people are still disgusting, racist and rude. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

So basically we used to buy here all the time I go away for a few months and the food becomes ass the cook does not know what Mexican food is I ordered nachos with red meat and they put no beans little to no cheese no jalapeno and the food was cold

I ordered takeout from El Santo today, and while the service was great friendly staff and a very speedy pickup, the food experience was disappointing. The burrito I got was just okay in terms of flavor, nothing special, but the real issue was that I found a metal staple in it while chewing. Luckily, I caught it before swallowing, but that’s a serious safety concern.

okay pretty decent. I had the torta and the flavors of mushroom , grilled vegetable, nopal cactus. The cactus was really tart, also have the veggie quesadilla and the guacamole and nachos, it was very decent for a veggie meal recommend as it was pretty fresh and they seemed pretty knowledgeable when asking for recommendations

The times I have gone they do not answer the greeting, when they are collecting they start talking to each other and one of them politely says thank you and they ignore him. As if one were to ask for free or a favor. Very very very very bad customer service.
