My group for almost 3hrs before the 1st person got food. We stayed because the music was cool and we were vibin'. We were celebrating a birthday. The manager apologized, but that was 2.5hours after the fact.

Very slow service even though there was no other table occupied & didn't have several items on the brunch menu. Ordered sparkling wine which was flat. Terrible overall experience.

Overall a decent place to go to for good food and good vibes. Just a warning about the napkins because they have a color that transfers easily onto your clothing if you try to clean spills with it. It’s very difficult to come out.

We came here for brunch on Mother's Day. When making the reservation I put in the comments that a high chair would be needed because I'll have a 1 yr old. When we arrived the host didn't offer a high chair (like a normal restaurant would) and then the waitress came to take orders without offering a high chair. I told her before ordering I need the high chair. The waitress came back five mins later and told me they don't have anymore high chairs nonchalantly-No “I do apologize but ..” just straight up we don't have anymore high chairs. We were on the first floor I looked around and seen one high chair in use..I'm not sure how many high chairs were in use upstairs but this restaurant should think about getting more. On the website it says they cater to all ages but clearly they don't. The food was good but hard to enjoy while holding a toddler who doesn't want to sit still. This is my 3rd time at Elite Williamsburg and the first 3 star experience. They charge 18% gratuity which I knew already but sometimes it isn't deserved and including an automatic tip on poor service is not cool. The food is always good & I love the ambience. I'll come back probably.. just not with my kids.

I'm definitely going back there! The food was amazing! I love the decor. The dj was rocking! Our server was on top of everything. I think her name was Alana. I could be wrong because I was turned up lol. Her service was 10 out of 10. & the bartender made all of the good drinks 10 out of 10.

The food was excellent the service was good but the music was too loud I could talk to my family as we ate . But it was a nice place .
The food was flavorful and fresh. Really enjoyed the presentation of the plates & how fast everything came out. It was not as packed as I was expecting but the energy was on 100 which I loved. Definitely would go back and see how it is for brunch.

So with my experience everything was good and my lady loved it. My only issue was at the end. They was having trouble with how to pay so I had to pay a different way. When I received the bill the was no option to leave a tip so I called the server and asked her if there was a way I can tip and she pointed it out that it was already added and she pointed to a $23 “ delivery fee” that must of represented the tip. I was gonna tip anyway but I just felt as this rip being added without my signature was unprofessional. It was a party of 2 so it's not like we had a party of 8 it was just 2 of us. I just felt kinda wrong what if I didn't like the service and didn't want to tip ? I didn't have the option or was out there automatic and don't appreciate it.

Service was subpar they had no energy. Surprisingly slow for a Friday night. $25 to sign happy birthday is unnecessary. Asked for medium steak it was well done. Drinks were watered down.
