Overall a decent place to go to for good food and good vibes. Just a warning about the napkins because they have a color that transfers easily onto your clothing if you try to clean spills with it. It’s very difficult to come out.

We came here for brunch on Mother's Day. When making the reservation I put in the comments that a high chair would be needed because I'll have a 1 yr old. When we arrived the host didn't offer a high chair (like a normal restaurant would) and then the waitress came to take orders without offering a high chair. I told her before ordering I need the high chair. The waitress came back five mins later and told me they don't have anymore high chairs nonchalantly-No “I do apologize but ..” just straight up we don't have anymore high chairs. We were on the first floor I looked around and seen one high chair in use..I'm not sure how many high chairs were in use upstairs but this restaurant should think about getting more. On the website it says they cater to all ages but clearly they don't. The food was good but hard to enjoy while holding a toddler who doesn't want to sit still. This is my 3rd time at Elite Williamsburg and the first 3 star experience. They charge 18% gratuity which I knew already but sometimes it isn't deserved and including an automatic tip on poor service is not cool. The food is always good & I love the ambience. I'll come back probably.. just not with my kids.

I'm definitely going back there! The food was amazing! I love the decor. The dj was rocking! Our server was on top of everything. I think her name was Alana. I could be wrong because I was turned up lol. Her service was 10 out of 10. & the bartender made all of the good drinks 10 out of 10.

The food was flavorful and fresh. Really enjoyed the presentation of the plates & how fast everything came out. It was not as packed as I was expecting but the energy was on 100 which I loved. Definitely would go back and see how it is for brunch.

So with my experience everything was good and my lady loved it. My only issue was at the end. They was having trouble with how to pay so I had to pay a different way. When I received the bill the was no option to leave a tip so I called the server and asked her if there was a way I can tip and she pointed it out that it was already added and she pointed to a $23 “ delivery fee” that must of represented the tip. I was gonna tip anyway but I just felt as this rip being added without my signature was unprofessional. It was a party of 2 so it's not like we had a party of 8 it was just 2 of us. I just felt kinda wrong what if I didn't like the service and didn't want to tip ? I didn't have the option or was out there automatic and don't appreciate it.

Service was subpar they had no energy. Surprisingly slow for a Friday night. $25 to sign happy birthday is unnecessary. Asked for medium steak it was well done. Drinks were watered down.
I've been there more than 3x. Overall, great. Drinks way over priced, though. They charged me & my date $32 for a glass of amaretto sour that was heavily iced smh

What a weird experience. This is more like a club that opens later and we were just there to make some $$ while they set up. Drinks were good as was food but wow, odd. They were testing the sound system and setting up the TV system above our heads and they included a “delivery charge” on our check which they said was the service charge. Craziness.

I definitely don't recommend for any special occasion I went for valentines and made a reservation. I had to wait an hour outside before getting inside to wait on another line inside I left and came back and they sent me down. Had us sitting an hour and 30 minutes to order food only it was very unorganized. I don't recommend people getting the wrong plates. I am leaving and didn't even eat ruined my valentines.

There is nothing elite about this place. It was my first and last time there. Service was horrible, we had a 10pm reservation and waited almost 15min to be seated which was fine. Once we were at our table, we waited an HOUR and kept calling at different servers to come take our order and none of them took our order. They kept saying the next person will do it or they will be right back but they were taking orders for bigger groups and people that had just walked in. After over an hour, they gave us free drinks which were not even good and we didn't even drink them. After several attempts, we left and thats when one of them came to us asking us not to leave and that he would be taking our order shortly but after over an hour of waiting we were no longer interested in spending money at this horrible place.
