Empanada City is a super delicious and cozy small restaurant in Bushwick, Puerto Rican/Dominican owned. The empanadas are out of this world, especially the ropa Vieja and beef ones. The dough is delightful, and the pollo wasn’t dry. Try the shrimp, fantastic, but the plantain and cheese was next level. With affordable prices and friendly staff, it's a favorite stop for many locals. The guava & cheese, chicken, pernil, pastelon, pizza, and apple pie are highly recommended. They also have a signature Pollo and Pizza. The pink sauce and avocado sauce are great. Delivery came super quick.
