Extremely mediocre. The lentil soup is amazing for this neighborhood. The gyro platter – and probably all platters – are mostly fries. They take up more than half the container. It tastes good, but they definitely ripped me off. It’s not going to prevent me from going back, though. But that’s more about the overall low quality of food around here, rather than this restaurant. They stopped trying because they can.
The brunch combo is great! Loved the eggs Benedict and corned beef hash. Everyone was so incredibly kind from the second that we walked in to the second that we left. Can’t believe I’ve never been in before today.
It was a midnight snack that we were searching for; for my fiance. We ordered a Belgian waffle to go as they were closing. The atmosphere was very pleasant, super friendly owner; deep conversations were had. We took the waffle into our car and as my fiance uncovered it, the car filled with notes of cooked batter with a vanilla scent. She only spoke once after the first bite, to proclaim its excellence!!
