Only place I get my ice coffee from around there , they always get the color and taste right for an ice coffee light and sweet. I usually get that with a sponge cake, paper cake, hotdog bun or some noodles.
Shout out Lux bakery… I love the iced matcha and the iced bubble tea drinks here, specially green tea passion with boba. I love the iced coffee too.
The fish sandwich is also super yummy. My favorite savory item though is shrimp rice noodle rolls. I love their soft baked cookies too. Also the service is always amazing and I have never felt treated rude or uncomfortably in all the times I have went :) the women who work here are so pleasant and sweet.
