They had great customer service Lisa was really helpful! It made my whole experience very simple the delivery was on time! The food was great everyone left happy and satisfied!! Bonus they send along paper goods nicely wrapped thank you Essen!
You can't go wrong with Essen for a family dinner. Everyone was able to order something they could enjoy whether deli, burger, hot dog or Chinese. All the food we has was great especially the poppers and the hot pastrami sandwich. The honey beef tacos were not great. It was paired with coleslaw which in my opinion took away from the flavor of the honey beef. I would recommend the honey beef knish over the tacos. Other than that everything was solid and service was excellent.
Great store, good location and the food portions are larger than what you get at many other places for the same money. Also very tasty, i was impressed. Only improvement could be the service -it was a bit slow when I went, but could just be me
Edit: went here recently and the prices have gone way up, it's not really affordable anymore and the portions have gotten smaller.
