I live upstate NY. I had a large braided challah in the freezer for several months. I don't even know who gave it to me. I just thawed it out this week. It is the best challah I have ever eaten and I have eaten a lot. WOW

But it takes patience to get a kind of no apologies service. This unfussy bakery is committed to providing the best traditional Brooklyn treats like rugelach and babka.
