I have so much to say about this place I will try to keep it quick and concise. Trastevere hits all the marks- The food is delectable- I especially recommend the beef carpaccio and the Stracotto and they have an extensive wine/spirits collection. It has gorgeous layout, lovely color scheme lots of seating options including private booths. This place has true style and elegance.
