Stop! This is not the best vegan gluten free bread, which gets me up excited to make all sorts of sandwiches, toasts, any dish to add a slice of this to, and then it disappears so quickly, and i dont remember eating the loaf. nooooooo what sorcery! Ordered a cake for my partner who is dg/gf and was blown away. Pedro is incredible and this cake is one of the best cakes I have ever had. It was amazing having a cake everyone at the party could eat and be included in (everybody ate). Highly recommend and will be ordering more in the future (can’t wait to try the breads and such)

Peter made an amazing lemon, raspberry cake for my best friend’s birthday.The cake was fluffy and the lemon frosting was perfect! When I picked up the cake, I also bought a loaf of his white bread which was also delicious. I will continue to support Peter and hope to have another cake soon. Thank you!!!

I commissioned my birthday cake from here after being faced with lots of stomach issues the past year. I was SO happy to receive a cake that was gluten, dairy, nut, corn, AND soy free!! And it tasted delicious - you would not have been able to tell it was a gluten free cake. It was perfectly moist and fluffy even after a few days. They were able to customize it with a lemon filling as well. It really made the difference for my birthday this year having a cake that I could enjoy.
