Best red velvet gluten free cake I’ve ever had in my life. I bought it for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. I let Pedro know that we didn’t want something sweet and he was on point!
Also, the vegan bread is the best gluten free toast ever! It doesn’t even taste gluten free. It can honestly be enjoyed on its own.
He’s also the sweetest man in Brooklyn. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stop! This is not the best vegan gluten free bread, which gets me up excited to make all sorts of sandwiches, toasts, any dish to add a slice of this to, and then it disappears so quickly, and i dont remember eating the loaf. nooooooo what sorcery! ITS TOO GOOD. ITS TOO GOOD. Removed background and just look at it! Perfect.

Ordered a cake for my partner who is dg/gf and was blown away. Pedro is incredible and this cake is one of the best cakes I have ever had. It was amazing having a cake everyone at the party could eat and be included in (everybody ate). Highly recommend and will be ordering more in the future (can’t wait to try the breads and such)

Peter made an amazing lemon, raspberry cake for my best friend’s birthday.The cake was fluffy and the lemon frosting was perfect!
