Peter made an amazing lemon, raspberry cake for my best friend’s birthday.The cake was fluffy and the lemon frosting was perfect! I commissioned my birthday cake from here after being faced with lots of stomach issues the past year. I was SO happy to receive a cake that was gluten, dairy, nut, corn, AND soy free!! And it tasted delicious - you would not have been able to tell it was a gluten free cake. It was perfectly moist and fluffy even after a few days. They were able to customize it with a lemon filling as well. It really made the difference for my birthday this year having a cake that I could enjoy.
Vegetarian options: I think it’s all vegetarian, with good vegan options as well
