I've been ordering from this place for the past few years, esp during covid pandemic and I recommend them for authentic chinese food. Service has been prompt for me - usually 30 min if not too busy. Any faster than that and food will not taste good. They were out of one of the side orders for the Bourbon Chicken, so I replaced it with something else. The food arrived early and the delivery person was polite. The food was a big disappointment. I'm not sure how they received such good reviews. I ordered vegetable chow mein. It was spicy as requested, but it was more like cile slaw than chow mein.
