Nothing against the owner, this is my Favorite pizza but today I had a horrible experience. I walked in around 3:19pm-3:25pm, placed my order fine. While I am standing there I observed your female worker in the back (african american lady) to be specific and so you know who I am talking about, put her bare hand in the parmesan cheese while using her cellphone, proceeds to continue to prepare the pizza, the grabs more parmesan puts in her mouth and then licks her fingers and then proceeds to continue to handle food. This is extremely unsanitary, I understand not everyone uses gloves while preparing food but make sure you arent touching your phone licking your fingers , eating the store cheese, oh and then uses the counter towel to wipe her licked fingers. Be careful who works at your business while you are away, and like I said this is my favorite pizza place, have been going here since you guys opened but I was in complete shock today. Sadly I had already paid for my order, I took the pizza and threw it out. Hope you guys look into this and to confirm I am not lying, please check your cameras

Great slice! One of the best I’ve had in the city. I’d give it a 8.5/10. Got a slice of the long hot pepper and shallot pizza and the grandma slice. Both delicious with the pizza being the best. The crust texture under the toppings was perfect. While I found the edge crust to be a little too chewy, the flavor was excellent. Also no line, so adds to my appreciation of this place.

Possibly the best pizza slice I've ever had. Fresh tasty tomatoes, delicious cheese, perfect crust, just the right amount of cheese. I could've eaten more. Amazing.

Honestly, my review is multi layered. I think a business has a responsibility to cleanliness and managing employees properly when it comes to food. Lady, rolling out pizza dough with her chipped nail polish and atleast 15 bangle bracelets on, that are toughing the dough she’s working on is very unsanitary and off putting. The staff are not professional at all, there seems to never be a manager present at this location and quality of pizza is inconsistent at best. You don't know if you're getting a chewy slice or a burned till kingdom come slice. Sometimes you get a giant slice or two small slices. I’m not trying to talk bad about a business but there seems to be little to no oversight at this location. The dining area is always disgusting. Now, this pizza box they’re serving out of— what is this message they are attempting to promote??? I’m good on this place…there’s so many other pizzerias in the area!

I LOVE Fini pizza. As a lactose intolerant person, the low/no dairy options are my absolute favorite around (tomato slice, tomato parm Sicilian, and Italian ices). The staff is kind and helpful as well. I always look forward to coming to Fini!!

It took me at least 20 minutes to get a slice after ordering, and the same could be said for other patrons. Granted there was some kind of party going on in the back where all the pizzas were being diverted to, there was just no supply to meet the demand, additionally with none of the signature tomato slice available.
Then they got my name wrong, which lead to me waiting extra time because they were calling for someone else.
Asides from that, the slice pictured was very tasty. A little salty throughout with a tangy savory sauce. I do note this is one of the smallest slices I've ever had in NYC, with an unusually small crust. It was tasty for sure, but definitely underwhelming.
In the hotbed of pop pizza that is Williamsburg, I would only go here if it was for the signature tomato slice, or even the white slice which looked pretty good.

I’m a regular here and came by for a few slices (the Sicilian is my favorite!). While I was waiting, another customer was giving the staff a hard time, but they stayed calm and handled it really well. Just wanted to leave a good review because they didn’t deserve that great people and great pizza every time!
