Lucky Dog Reviews
Cool dive bar in the Brooklyn/Williamsburg area. Coming from the west coast I truly appreciated the divey presentation they had going. Outdoor patio is the more desired location but depending when you go, space should be available. Brooklyn Lager was delicious although it tasted more like an amber ale. Plan on coming back here next time I find myself in the area.
5 stars just for the bouncer Mylo - yo boxer, if you're out there peace out to you! Cheers from the couple from Italy you met in July and see you all next year. Btw great, great place ❤️
Great social bar. The staff AND the other patrons were warm and welcoming. Brought my dog, Lola, place is VERY dog friendly

Lucky Dog is a friendly restaurant with a lively crowd and a dive bar vibe, known for its great music and attentive staff. It offers a variety of drinks, including the popular "Ring of Fire" option. The back patio allows dogs to roam off-leash, making it a popular spot for dog owners, although dogs are not allowed inside. The space is comfortable and features a lovely backyard with a beautiful mural. The jukebox is full of punk classics, adding to the chill atmosphere. The bartenders, including Patty, are praised for their excellent service and friendly demeanor. The DJ also contributes to the good vibes, making it a fun place to enjoy lively music. Happy hour starts early with good prices, and the drinks are well-made with cold beer. The restaurant has pinball and shuffleboard for entertainment. Music is played at just the right volume, leaning towards rock or mellow punk. The hot toddy and cider are recommended for a nightcap. While it can get busy and noisy, making it less ideal for a quiet beer, Lucky Dog earns its reputation as a great spot for relaxing, enjoying good drinks, and listening to fun music. For dog owners, it’s advised to bring a collapsible bowl and water, as the restaurant doesn't provide bowls for pets. Overall, Lucky Dog is a welcoming place for both humans and their furry friends.
