We had a special birthday dinner with our adult children and their spouses. We were celebrating a 75th and 40 th birthday. The food was excellent from the starters through dessert. The service was top rate, helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. The ambience was also very good. The staff even arranged to have lit birthday candles in our dessert. We all had a lovely time. Merci, French Louie!
This ambience of this restaurant is nice, but the food was just OK. Service was not good. My waitress was very cold and unhelpful when I ordered and she took my order exactly as I had given it to her. Upon changing my mind a few minutes later and asking her to update something we had ordered, only then did she give me feedback on what I had ordered and suggested a change. Had I not checked back in with her, she wouldn't have said anything. Throughout the rest of the night...
Had a spontaneous date night here and it turned out to be the perfect spot. The food was great and I especially appreciated the portions considering the affordable price point. The highlight for me were the fried artichokes, they were so delicious and memorable and so was the salad verte!
