I had beef Kosta kabab over rice with salad. There was old, dried rice mixed in with regular rice. Extremely difficult to chew and unpleasant. The beef was over seasoned but that could be a regional style. The place looks clean but there was an older man sitting by the window watching me eat the entire time. It was really disturbing because he just wouldn't stop staring and watching. The staff knew he was there but said nothing which makes me think. Anyway, I left. Between the pebble like rice and the disrespectful staring man, I was left with yet another negative experience of this area. L

Khorasan Kabab in Metuchen has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants. From the moment you step in, the warm and welcoming hospitality is palpable. The food is outstanding, the overall experience exudes authenticity, and the price point is exceedingly reasonable. Every dish I have tried has been delicious, and every visit has been memorable. They have surprised us with extra kebabs in our leftover box, complimentary chai, and additional food in a catering order, showcasing their exceptional hospitality. On my mother's birthday, one of the owners even made a special prayer for her, which was an extraordinary and unique gift I have never experienced at any other restaurant.
I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage everyone to try it and support.

Absolutely love this place?. Its now my top spot for gyros and authentic afghan cuisine in Brooklyn NYC. The portions are generous and the value for the price is unbeatable. The salad was super fresh, and they give u a large portion with gyros as compliment and the store is very clean and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me come here everyday. I can't wait to come back again?
Vegetarian options: The salad was fire. Clean and fresh plus they give you a large portion too with as many choices as you want. Highly recommended?☘️

I ordered Lamb over rice and mix over rice. The boxes were half empty. And to top it all off price on their board was $9, they charge $10, but if it’s with card it’s & $11. I paid $11 a container for less than one serving.
