Liu's Shanghai 聚香園 is a restaurant where the food is absolutely yummy and awesome. The rice cakes with chicken are perfectly chewy, not super salty, and not drenched in sauce, though a little more chicken would be better. The pork soup dumplings are delicious but a little bit small. The jellyfish is really good, thick with a strong vinegar flavor. The Salty Fish Fried Rice is excellent, and the crab meat tofu is absolutely delicious and kid approved. The string beans with ground pork have more string beans than pork. The food has great spices, though some dishes can be a little heavy on the sauce. The staff is sweet, attentive, and friendly, with reasonable bills. Free hot tea is included, and the music is chill. The restaurant designed a space people enjoy, making it an ideal spot.
