The patty was very tiny. Can we have real meal proportions please? Super greasy burger and fries.

Absurd, they bait and switched after a week.

First picture is the sandwich the week they opened.
Second pic is what you get NOW for $20. It's not worth $5. Don't waste your money.

Really nice large space with attentive service. Just as good or better than the Ann Arbor location, brought me back to my time at Michigan. Can’t go wrong with a beef or black bean frita loco, and the cajeta batido is amazing. Garlic fries are super good and have generous portions.

This place is incredible. The flavors are very bold and exciting. I got the pulled pork rice bowl and the Vietnamese, West African influences are very clear. It’s sweet, tangy, very savory - a flavor I’ve never experienced to that extent in a meal like this. The plantains are cooked incredibly well too and the caramelized crust is magic.

Definitely a must try. Will have to come back for a burger.

Mediocre food at high prices. With so many good burger spots in NYC (7th Street/Gotham/Harlem Shake), there's nothing about the food or prices that make it worth returning here.

Pretty good! But the fries were way too salty (and oily).
The burger comes with fries on top - so expect a very salty experience.

Great spot for yummy burger.
We orders beef and checking burgers , both burgers were juicy and flavourful. Great vibes, friendly staff, and awesome food — can’t go wrong here!”

I hadn’t had Frita since I graduated Michigan in 2014 and I was wondering if I overhyped it in my head. I didn’t. It’s even better than I remembered. Maybe the best burger in the world. I cannot wait to go back and take every visitor I have forever.

I had the bowl half rice half lettuce with the pulled pork and it was outstanding. I had a lighter side shake aswell. This place is legit!!

Was very much looking forward to trying the food here! As someone with fond memories in the state of Michigan, I was intrigued by the arrival in my neighborhood. The food was very salty - the burger fine, but the toppings expensive and sparse - paying extra to have an ounce of slaw and a slice of Jalepeno was a bit audacious. The fries were swimming in oil to an incredibly gross level. The shake came about 20 minutes after the food and was decent. Altogether, I understand it just opened but some very clear ways to get this to their standard.
