The restaurant gives chefs without their own platform the opportunity to tell their story through food, making it perfect for anyone with an open mind and up for adventure. The tasting menus, like the 8-course option, are delicious and fun, with chefs like Rasika Venkatesa and Oliver M George bringing unique culinary creations. The cooks and staff learn new cuisines every few months and provide outstanding service. The food and drink pairings are interesting but never pretentious, and the team always delivers, whether it’s Chef Mayol or guest chefs like Scott and Maria. A must-visit before Chef Mayol leaves at the end of June.
