Republic Latin Asian Fusion offers a lively dining experience with a great vibe. The service is amazing, with Elizabeth providing fantastic recommendations and excellent customer service. The food is absolutely delicious, including calamari, thick Yuca fries, kimchi ceviche, and the best tacos ever had, with fish and steak being very good. The cocktails are strong, and the drinks are good. Brunch is enjoyable, and Taco Tuesday features very good tacos. Guests appreciate being able to stay for happy hour after brunch. The DJ and costumed guest appearances make it an event. Will definitely recommend and return.
