Although it’s a historical landmark and the service is really good, the food is mid at best. This diner isn’t any better than others in the area. Especially for the price they are charging. Hopefully they will improve and live up to a standard of a classic diner.
George’s is an institution and their quality and service is top notch. Took the family for Father’s Day brunch and everybody raved about the delicious food (my spinach pie was spectacular and our pancakes fluffy and perfect). With super friendly staff it’s no wonder they’ve been around for almost 70 years…It’s old school in all the best ways!
This is my favorite diner in the neighborhood! The prices are great, portions are big, and everything tastes so good. They have a wide variety on the menu, and the whole place gives off that perfect classic diner vibe. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want a comforting, satisfying meal without breaking the bank!
