Placed an order almost a month ago and had my credit card charged.
Emailed them a few times to ask about my order. First email was sent 8 days after my credit card was charged. They stated that FedEx couldn't locate my shipment and that they'd send it out again the next day.
Waited 9 days for an email notification stating my shipment was sent.
Never got one so I emailed them again about a week ago. No response except and auto reply stating they'd get back...read full review
I ordered the Bissap and Ginger drinks. Personally I am not a fan of the ginger- it’s a little spicy which I’m pretty sensitive too. I gifted those to my mom who liked them!
I really enjoy the Bissap. It is flavor packed and delicious!
