I swear this location smelled weird the second I stepped in, like Raid or something. The two workers there were SO FREAKING SLOW that, after 8 minutes of waiting in line and 5 minutes of watching both of them struggle to put in a simple coffee order correctly so I could use my rewards, I just left. Wasted nearly 15 minutes to leave with nothing and miss my bus.
It's regular but it's close to my home and job so it's convenient. Indian woman and Indian man workers in the morning aren't really friendly and sometimes the bagels are hard like they're old. But hey clearly people like it cause it's been here for years still

First time going there and I will definitely not go back. My daughter and I stood at the register to get our order taken and we were never acknowledged. The workers looked at us and proceeded to hold a conversation in a totally different language so after about 4 minutes of just standing there we walked out. Still, no one said anything. Just rude and unprofessional. Workers were moving donuts around with their bare hands (no gloves) what a waste
