One of the best meals I’ve had in a while! We had the hummus, eggplant, falafel, and lamb and everything was great. Especially the lamb ?

Food is delicious. Servers are all very nice and the vibe here is great. Gets a bit crowded on weekends but if you reserve in advance you’re good!

Stop by with a couple of friends on a Friday night, place is warm and welcoming. Started with a Negroni which was spot on, had hummus platter which was the best in NYC so far, falafel which was bigger in size than the known falafel but yet very tasty. My friend raved about the cauliflower, but the star was the smoked lamb shawarma. All in all, good experience with attentive and responsive service with excellent food. We would have stayed longer had the chairs been more comfortable. I’ll be back (German accent)

Based on others reviews I was surprised by how wrong they were. Of course taste is subjective, and I didn't come for coffee. I came for what I hoped would be a tasty middle eastern meal in a cool location. My cousin had suggested this restaurant, she had eaten here prior and enjoyed the food.We were a party of 4 for a Saturday evening 6:30 reservation, which you most likely need. I enjoy dining with people who don't mind sharing, which for this meal was perfect since we ordered many dishes. We had the hummus, smoky eggplant, griddle bread with labne, This course is a blur, the pita and griddle bread, with the toppings hit all my senses, smoky, creamy, tangy and chewy, with a little crunch, I'd be happy with this trio to be a cocktail party regular, just add the cocktails. The beets were a standout, the sweet beets the crunch of pistachio and salt of the feta We then tried the yams, think sweet and salty potato wedges with spicy hot peppers, some of us felt the ? and some just enjoyed without. The smoked lamb shawarma was served on a perfect chewy pita, and I ate it like street food, with hands and enjoyed every last bite.At this point I was full, but I do believe in dessert and my guests all agreed to taste, so we had the maple baklava and the Turkish delight and halva. This was not that crazy gooey Greek soaked in honey baklava, but a crunchy cinnamon pastry with a maple syrup sweet topping, refined not overly sweet. The halva was sweet and might have paired well with a strong coffee, but I was still nursing my Buffalo Trace, but there is always next time.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food. We shared several dishes including hummus & pita, labne & griddle bread, chickpea falafel, yams, smoked lamb shawarma, and beets, feta, pistachio. Each dish was well seasoned and flavorful. Each was unique. The breads stood out on their own. The humus was the best that I've had. Kudos to Chef Asi.

Overall one star, if you take price into consideration. I had a mock trial, $13, and it tasted like concentrated lemonade. Also they filled 3/4 of the glass with ice. Also got the half chicken for $35 ish (don’t remember the actual price). Most mediocre chicken I have ever had and it’s salty AF. Are people who rated 5 star okay????

I've been here a couple of times and I love this place. The atmosphere is wonderful, everyone here is very welcoming and the food is excellent. Stacy, the maitre d, was absolutely lovely - warm, kind and thoughtful, not typical at restaurants in NYC. I am often feeling meh after a nice meal in NYC but this place never disappoints.

Overpriced and super pretentious with underwhelming flavors. Not worth it. The Shakshuka had no flavors at all, I’ve definitely had better before. Their coffee is disgusting: friendly staff even though I had to beg for milk and sugar on my coffee to the wait staff: also, not the best place to have a large party baby shower, totally broke the ambiance. Great wine list and yummy maple blaklava. Bathroom smells good, so yeah come for all of those three but not the coffee or food. Also super hot long dark hair busboy, would come back for that as well! ??‍♀️??

Tucked in a quiet part of Greenpoint Glasserie is a lovely restaurant, with great good and better service. Menu has a lot of options for many tastes.

The only reason I’m giving five stars is because of the service. The food was good, but the service was even better.

It was tasty. Service was good. Cute place. Mezze plate was nothing special. But it was cute in there. The drinks were like an espresso martini but it was w coffee & some spice. Good for light bites. For meIt felt like something was missing on the menu but they execute well w what they have on there.
